Who We Are
Established in 2007, we are a family run teashop located on Waterhall Farm in Whitwell near Hitchin. We specialise in serving homemade cakes to cyclists, walkers and families getting out for some fresh air. We try to make our business as ethical as possible using local suppliers and free range or fairtrade products where possible. We also try to offer dairy or gluten free, vegetarian or vegan alternatives according to customer demand.

Food
Be Happy Eat Cake
We specialise in serving our lovely cakes which are individually baked on the premises. We also usually offer a few basic savoury products such as homemade soup or quiche from the local bakers.

The Bike Bay/ Apps Cycle Works
Our bike Bay area is changing. We have joined forces with Simon from Apps Cycle works in Bendish. He has revamped the shop and is usually available on Saturdays and Sundays for minor repairs, advice or to book your bike in for a service. Pop in and say hello if you are passing through.
